Gilmore Girls Book Tag

How crazy is it that today Gilmore Girls revival was released?! Oh my god I need to binge immediately! (which chances are I currently am right now 😉 )

So since our wishes were granted and we got new episodes, I thought it was the perfect time to do a Gilmore Girls book tag! It’s perfect. It combines my two favorite things! Gilmore Girls and books!

So let’s get to it 😀

1. I just got hit by a deer! 
– character having the worst day ever –

I am going to go with Kady Grant from Illuminae. First of all, her planet got attacked. Then she gets split up from her ex and mom/family. Reading Illuminae I just felt so bad for her because she couldn’t catch a break.

2. Stars Hollow

– wildly eccentric cast-

I am going with Yvonne’s answer too because this cast is so diverse and eccentric. Each character is so unique and shine. No one outshines anyone and it’s so hard to pick just one favorite. You will fall in love with each and every one of them.

3. Kim’s Antiques

– a world you’d be afraid to enter –

I have to go with This Savage Song by Victoria Schwab. Hello, a city run by monsters? I would be terrified! Plus the monsters are created when a criminal act is committed? oh jeez.

4. Coffee

– a book you’re addicted to –

Can I say every single Colleen Hoover book ever? And ACOMAF?? Oh and The Young Elites!? It’s impossible to pick just one and it’s cruel to make me do so!

5. Lorelai & Luke

– a book about best friends who fall in love –

I loved this book so much. It made me so emotional while reading it. I remember Emmy and Oliver had the cutest friendship when they were younger and watching them fall in love gave me feels like you wouldn’t believe ❤

6. Mr. Medina

– an illicit affair –

Tyler and Eden from the DIMILY trilogy. These two are stepsiblings who fell in love. Forbidden but I loved them to pieces okay? These books were so emotionally exhausting because i shipped them so hard 😦

Plus Tyler? Agh ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤  ❤

7. Dean

– first book love –

Patch Cipriano. I used to love him so much! This trilogy wasn’t the greatest but it was my favorite when I was into that YA Paranormal phase. I used to read nothing else and Patch was my first book boyfriend. I would count Edward when Twilight came out but I didn’t really fall for him like I did Patch. I was obsessed with Patch. Even my boyfriend said I used to talk about him all the time 😀 oops

8. Luke’s Diner

– a comfort read –

I don’t think I have a comfort read. I have reread November 9 and Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover. But I wouldn’t call those comfort reads since they both make me sob? Hmm…maybe Anna and the French Kiss trilogy? Since they are all so cute!

9. Am I crying or laughing?

– a book that messed with your emotions –

Without a doubt It Ends with Us! This really messed me up emotionally. If you have read it, you know what I mean.

10. I pushed him in the lake!

– a book you’d throw in a lake –

Words cannot describe how much I hated this book. It was so pointless and I wish I could erase it from my brain.

Well that’s it! I may be doing more Gilmore Girls tags because I am going to be on a Gilmore high!
